Aboard the Star of Honolulu, the onset of autumn means the debut of our Fall-inspired menu on our signature Five Star Sunset Dining & Jazz Cruise. Created by Chefs de Cuisine Norman Soderberg and Kevin Carvalho, the menu features the savory flavors and vibrant colors of the season.
The 7-course menu in classic French style includes:

Dinner guests will also be treated to the smooth sounds of live jazz music, super premium beverages, white-glove service in the STAR’s elegant Super Nova room, and mesmerizing views of the sunset as they cruise along the Waikiki coastline. On Friday evenings, guests will also watch as the Waikiki fireworks light up the sky above.
