Customer Service Manager – 2-5 years customer service preferred. Must be fluent in English and Japanese. Participates in the recruitment, orientation, training, and continued development of all staff. Duties include coordination and directing staff on all daily operational responsibilities, providing a motivational work environment, providing timely verbal and/or written appraisals of performance, and maintaining highest professional etiquette with the staff. Customer Service Interpreters - We are looking for responisible quality assurance/customer service interpreters who are energetic, enthusiastic, love to interact with people, enjoys the ocean. Must be fluent in Japanese and English. Flexible hours.

Waitstaff - Under the direction of the Manager and/or the Supervisor, our Waitstaff is responsible for the preparation and set-up of the dining rooms in an attractive and pleasant manner according to the specific standards established for each department. Also responsible as assigned for the loading and/or dispatching of all guests from specified pickup areas at the hotel locations to the appropriate assigned vehicles. Escort guests to the dinner cruise and will present appropriate stickers, drink tickets, briefings, and other materials as required and appropriately escort or direct guests to their specific dining areas. Will be assigned to a specific number of guests throughout the dinner cruise and is required to provide the complete service cycle as specified in the training program in a highly professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Also be assigned other duties such as entertainment routines, guest participation, escorting of guests safely to assigned vehicles at the end of the dinner cruise, and complete clean up of all dining areas to include, but not limited to, linens, bussing, trash, equipment, and other assigned responsibilities.

Hoku Nai’a Cruise Director (Japanese/English Language Required) – The Cruise Director (CD) ensures total guest satisfaction before, during and after the cruise by assuring all guests feel comfortable and enjoy every aspect of the Dolphin watch & Lunch cruise along with the Snorkel cruise. The CD will assist all employees with the dolphin presentation and translate commentary and announcements made on the ship’s microphone. In addition, the CD serves as an interpreter and liaison for solving all problems that might arise during the cruise. The CD will assist the cruise manager and crew in providing speedy and friendly service to the guests and will generally act as the Public Relations person for all guests. Must be customer service oriented and team player. Additional duties include maintaining vessel appearance, cleanliness & safety and pre-/post-cruise set-up and clean-up. Part time position – Early morning – Late afternoon. Pay rate is $9.00 - $12.00.

Drivers – (Japanese/English Speaking) FT/PT positions available for friendly outgoing individual. Drive the vehicle in compliance with company policies, state and federal laws controlling the operation of motor vehicles. Use courteous driving practices when operating the vehicle. Clean abstract required. Utilize radios to communicate with Dispatchers to determine scheduling of trips. Follow directions from dispatchers and keep dispatch advised of any changes in Driver Dispatch Order. Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Training available. For upgrade to CDL: Must be 21 years old.
